Are these items used or installed?

Most of our items are simply customer shelf pulls or discontinued items. We try to be transparent in our descriptions and pictures to disclose any signs of installation or damage. We can also tell you more about the condition of any item if you contact us!

How do you ship these items?

We pull each item and inspect it as part of our pre-shipment procedure. We then wrap the package with brown Kraft paper to help protect the shipment and keep it more discreet.

We generally ship using UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper unless a customer prefers one over the other.

Do these items come with a manufacturer warranty?

We cannot provide any manufacturer warranty. This is at the discretion of the individual manufacturer.

We do, however, offer a 14 day return policy, in case there is a defect upon receiving or after installing.
