At C&J Faucets, we’re proud to offer open box items from
a wide range of manufacturers. While we’re not affiliated with or officially
authorized by these brands, we carefully select our inventory to provide great
value. Because of our independent status, some products may not include
manufacturer warranties, guarantees, or additional services.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a
defective item, we’ve got you covered with a 30-day refund policy—no hassle, no
stress.

We do want to be transparent: purchasing open box products
from non-authorized sellers can sometimes mean limited support or coverage from
the original manufacturer. We’re here to help clarify any questions and make
your experience as smooth as possible.
